The Task:
- Form groups of 5 people/group max.
- Give your group or company a unique commercial name to reflect the company’s business activities to be carried out.
- Register the names of the company’s Board of Directors (BoD) with each Director holding equal shares.
- Select a CEO / MD for your company.
- Send your company to the Registrar of Companies (ROC).
- Assign positions/roles to each member (CEO, CFO, COO, CTO, CMO, CRO, CIO etc).
